WWII Imperial Japanese Army Officer
Burma 1945
Saburo Nakagawa

In March of 1944 the 100,000 troops of the Japanese 15th Army launched a determined offensive against the British positions inside the India/ Burmese border. This offensive continued on two fronts, however, the British had anticipated these attacks and the advance stalled. Despite months of fierce fighting the Japanese conceded defeat and withdrew. This figure, historically correct, is of a typical Japanese Army Officer of that time period.
